I really think you should just ignore him from now on, for your own sake and for the sake of his future victims. Mine is still trying to contact me, but only through chat. I dropped him off my yahoo about three weeks ago, but did not block him. I need to do that too. I am completely ignoring him. Here's what he wrote yesterday:

He's "sad" because he was hoping to get me to send him money. He is conversing with multiple women using multiple identies. He is also pretending to be a woman to approach men. He tried to call a few times in the beginning, but seems to have stopped that. For your own healing, you should stop all contact. You will get over it faster that way. These scammers make a living stealing money from women (and men) and will only keep lying if you confront them.

Thanks for the warning, I did ignore him until this morning I decided to let him have it, the prick deserved it.

He has been marked as spam on my Yahoo and on the Ignore list, as is his name on my hotmail, which he never emailed anyway (IP issues obviously).

Oh poooooor little Justin, yeah, put him on the ignore list; as iF you're gonna fall for the same crap twice.

Here's another one for you. They pretend to be religious too. This will never happen to me again. I can recognize scammers immediately now. And Nigerian English is so obvious to me now, too. I "x"ed out my name. People who claim to be very religious have always made me suspicious, since I think they are often trying to manipulate with that.

Oh Anita, I got the God botehrer crap too, you know that some Africans are by nature very Christian..on his phoney Facebook account he put on his wall on June 11, THANK YOU GOD FOR SAVING MY LIFE TODAY (yeah, all capitals). I got all that too, God sent you t me cos you are the perfect woman..here's one of the poems he sent me:

Sent me a few others too in im, wonder how many times he sent those two..he used to disappear for minutes at a time, probably finding them on his computer..he claimed he wrote tthem on the spot, what about this one:

That one sounds like he made it up on the spot, hey..oh my God..!!

Just in case they surface on anyone else's scam crap..oh, poor little Justin..poor diddums..xxxxx won't talk to him, tsk tsk..suck s***..

The good news is that there are real men out there who aren't fake Nigerian scammers. The first step is to cut the lying Nigerian thief lose.

Yes there are and this one found me and caught me unawares..but it won't ever happen again. I cut the dirty little scumbag loose, I hope he does the same for me and leaves me alone.

One of these days I'meet a real man who doesn't lie to me and I can touch with my bare hands..karma happens!

I am sorry for your experience with this scammer 4warnedtwiceshy. You are doing the right thing ignoring and blocking his email address. Some times scammers continue to harass victims trying to get more money out of them. Some have gone as far as blackmailing victims with pictures the scammer begged for.

If he continues to harass you, it might be in your best interest to close that email account or make it look like you have closed it. For peace of mind, I would not hesitate to close an email account to keep away from harassment. You can just ignore any attempts he makes to contact you. Even though it is tempting to tell him to go away, it really does no good.

At this point he is trying to learn what gave his lies away to you. Please resist the urge to tell him how you know he is a scammer. That will only help him become a better scammer for the next victims.

Let us know how we can help or advise you. We do not encourage closing their email accounts because we have a "handle" on them at the present. If their email account is closed, we don't have current information on them.

It looks like I am invisible and he at least is blocked from contavting me on msn and Yahoo..that is not to say he can't get me through my wordpress.com site though, which is where he found me before he emailed me on Facebook. I also noticed that his Western Union mule from Warwickshire had been looking at me too..the only one from Warwickshire so is a sure bet it's an accomplice. I knew he didn't find me on Facebook and he kept insisting that's how he found me. That's what started my suspicions initially.

I have a spam filter on my blog, Wordpress have upped the security on spam so he may not be able to contact me there either. Facebook took down his account while I was watching the pther day so guess he may still be able to contact him there. Is is possible to track him from the emails he sent me from there? These are the only emails he sent me, probably so I couldn't ping his IP.

I have no intention of telling him how I found out he was a fraudster, let him sweat it. I thank God I never allowed him to lay the guilt trip on me, that threw him. I am apprehensive though what he will do next. I know from all appearances he has been doing this for a long time; probably a group of them running the scam in the same room..someone told m that only just before..he saw a documentary on the estate scammers, lost money etc..I hope I have no more trouble from him, I am starting to get jumpy every time my Yahoo wndow opens. I have a couple of friends I communicate with on there so can't close the account. He has my hotmail address but has never emailed there, he insisted on Yahoo.

I have a feeling I have not heard the end of it. He may get nasty..I really hope not.

i'll keep you all posted..and yes, I hope to rid my life of this vermin too and do all lother poetential victims a favour.

Hi There, Just received this email via Facebook the other day from Sgt Frank Millar, I knew immediately it was a scam after a good friend of mine went through the exact same thing with a Calvin Peters of the US army in Afghanistan. However Calvin had gold bars left from his dead father and needed 7500 british pounds to have the gold "released" after expressing his undying love for my friend. The writing was exactly the same as Frank Millars

Exactly four days after I dumped him he's right on the ball...if you read everything I posted from him in this thread you'll see he is pretty much using the same crap to hook you as he did me and who knows how many others! You're right, play with him a little and then let him have it - I was there at the exact moment his Facebook page was taken down after I reported him as a scammer to admin - so he's back there under the same name?? Oh my God!! Brazen if not supremely STUPID to think he could get away with it again on Facebook!!

I'm just gonna mosey on over there and have a look for his name again...then I'll report his ass all over again..

Please, please do NOT shut down the Facebook page or email addresses. When that is done, we lose our handle on the scammer and we have to let him resurface in some other way, if we ever find that scammer again.

Also, messing with scammers who have your real life information is a bad idea. I could tell you some horror stories about what some scammers have done to people who cross them.

We encourage people to be safe on the internet and messing with a scammer who has your real information is a really bad idea. They are criminals after all.

Bubbles - I looked for his name on FB and he's not there anyway...I did it the first time to prevent someone else from being scammed. I know of the horror stories, I have read such things on your site. I have had no repercussions, other than a lot of spam and WU spam emails...all were marked as phishing scam.

So far so good, he has left me alone.
