Most of what he writes is stolen anyway but it does show how many scammers work, they like toi be in control and here he is telling his victim how she should eat and act before reminding her about sending him her money.

In these emails you will see teh scammer discussing giving his password to his victim so that she can see inside his email inbox and see how "legitimate" he is, of course, this is just a ploy to gain trust, before giving their victims access they will no doubt remove all evidence of scamming and make sure any other victims they may be grooming are using a different email address

I would suggest here that anybody who genuinely cared for you would not be so insistent on the phone call if it is your wish not to provide your phone number.

Scammers love to talk on the phone, more so they prefer their victim makes the phone calls to save them money, talking on the phone reassures the scammer that his victim is ready to send money and it can greatly speed up their scam.

Prior to the call they will explain why they have an accent and will usually tell you the accent is from somewhere other than Africa

In this email the scammer is trying once again to convince his victim that he is legitimate by offering his password, of course, that proves nothing at all as he will make sure he doesn't have any victim information before providing his passowrd.

He then goes on to explain why he has yet another bank account for his victim to send him money
