I've just severed contact with someone who calls himself Kelly Miller in Afghanistan. He?.. is very smooth. I found the photos he's been using on this forum for fake military.... under the heading ....Miller. Watch out! AS soon as he started asking for money to be sent, I was extremely suspicious. Thank goodness I wasn't taken in!

Hello missic39. Yes indeed there are many Millers around using those photos. Could you post email addresses please to warn others, and some of us will go sniffing around to uncover where else the scammer is operating.

then he will tell you that he is in a bad mood becasue he someone has gotten into his bank account and he had to freeze the account.
he waits about a week then he tells you that he has something on his mind that he needs to ask.
then he hits you with I talked to my mom last night and they need groceries and his son needs medicine if you could lend him money.
so you ask how much and he will say about 1000.
and get this he wants you to send it to MA even though his mom and son live in Huston,
don't do it!!! the service has many programs to help the families of our service man.

This is my first post, so forgive me if not posted in the right place.
SCAM EMAIL just received from user name "SergentCollins F", introduces himself as Sgt. Collin Francis Lingo of the "United State Army". THIS MAN DOESN'T MAKE FOR A GOOD SCAM ARTIST BECAUSE HE MAKES TOO MANY MISTAKES and uses British English spelling, both of which denote someone of another country/language. I can't copy in the message for some reason, and it is too long to type, but it starts as such:
"Hello, my name is ___ of the US ___. I saw your profile, and it's captivating. I would be so happy if i [color=#004000]should know you more (that's a good one). I would rather spend one lifetime with you than face this world alone. I can't wait..."[/color]
He goes on to talk about wanting to have conversation with me about our life's goals and beliefs; he sees that i am a Christian and is trying to appeal to my desire for a righteous man. Just for curiosity, i looked over his profile, and he made errors there too.
He says that he speaks Azerbaycan BUT claims to be NATIVE AMERICAN, which is part of my heritage, and i know without doubt that the "photos" of this man are not those of a Native American.
It would almost be believable, IF NOT FOR THE GRAVE GRAMMATICAL and SYNTACTICAL ERRORS!
