In order to add pictures, and I presume Romancescam is the same although I have not actually tried at romancescam, you will need an account with an image hosting website, the free one most of us use if photobucket www.photobucket.com create an account then follow the prompts to load pictures from your computer, once done click on the image code and paste it into the text box of you post.
You could also link to the romacescam pictures if you prefer.
Just out of curiosity, do you know the IP, the last IP check I did on Mark Smith was 196.200.3.123 I wonder if they are the same person, quite possible but scammers do share and steal scripts so that wouldn't be a surprise either
After a little research I would presume some of These search hits will be your scammer
And also a few very interesting hits in This search result as well
