This email is from a romance scammer. This was sent to the administrator at ScamWarners address, which obviously does not have a dating website profile.

The phrase "Believing that age,distance or colour will not be a barrier to love" is a variation of the commonly used " Rember distance, and colour, ("and age" is also sometimes added) do not matter but love matters alot in life". This seems to be a key phrase from the Senegal scammer net. The last is frequently blocked by sites, so the variation is seen as a way round this.
