I started talking to this guy that is in Turkey on active duty.. He seemed so sweet and have been talking for a while.. He's wanting to come home (in the states where I live ) and says he needs 3000.00 to pay for his leave.. I don't know much about military but I do know and feel this is a scam.. He has given me so much information of where to send money and even had me send the major an email to activate his release.. Someone please help.. What do I do and how can I get this guy busted for this scam.?

Welcome to Scamwarners cassie79,
I am happy that you spotted the scam before you lost money to this criminal. Your "soldier" is probably located in Western Africa which puts him out of reach for law enforcement.
The first this is to stop all communication with this person by ignoring all email and telephone calls. Next post his contact information so that other who may be search will also find out about the scam.

Post the email asking for money along with the email address and telephone numbers used in this scam. B e sure to remove your personal information before posting.

Feel free to ask any additional question that you may have.

It is ALWAYS a scam
