In this scam an email is sent out in bulk to multiple people, the scammer in this case hopes that some of those people will be men looking for love.
For men who reply to this they will be advised to contact a previously selected "girl" who will continue the scam, of course, both of these people will actually be the same person but scammers know that it helps to add legitimacy to have multiple charactors.
