I am not American, I have received a request from master sgt who is in Syria, I did send email to their commander Douglas email address is [email protected] and the email address of General is [email protected], and their general request me to settle USD10000 for home leave. Is it need to pay such charges? Estimated how much I need to pay for military R and R leaves?
