Everyone you are talking to is a thief trying to steal your money.

As Bryon said, but it is definitely a scam.

You are not in contact with a soldier. You are in contact with a scammer in Africa who has stolen photos and uses fake messages in order to steal your money.

The best thing you can do is cut off all contact with this criminal. Do not speak to him any longer. Do not confront him, as he will only tell you more lies.

Just so you know for the future.

Soldiers apply for their own leave and/or retirement. There are no exceptions to this rule.
People who are not in the military cannot make requests on behalf of soldiers for ANYTHING.
Soldiers are paid, and they are able to access their money.
Soldiers are able to communicate with their loved ones. You will NOT have to pay anything to communicate with a soldier.
Leave is earned, not bought. Either a soldier is eligible for leave, in which case it is free, or he is not eligible and has to wait until he is.

Everything the scammer told you is not true.

Only the military member will ever contact his chain of command. His wife, mother, children nor Internet Boyfriends can do this.

Only the military member can request his benefits.

Only the military member can request leave.

Military members have access to their money. They do not pay for phones, flights home, internet or medical.

Do not send any money for any reason.

He (thief) will never come to you. He wants to steal your money.

[email protected] << this is not an official email address. It is a free email address like yahoo, gmail and hotmail. Scammers use these fake email addresses to steal money.

The scammer is obviously African by the way he writes, but is probably in Malaysia, where the bank account is. There are many West African expats in Malaysia.

As said above, soldiers don't need anyone outside the military to apply for leave for them, nor do they or outsiders pay for leave. The US military does not use usa.com, it uses army.mil and other domains ending in .mil.
