Profile on Kik - Real or Fake

So I was just messing around on Kik trying to see if anything real would come from it when I reached out to this girl. There was no response for several minutes until I receive a message from her saying that if I liked her profile she would send me a nude. Again curious to see if this was real or not I went an liked her profile. After liking her profile I get another message asked what I would like to see. Not really wanting to "sext" I just said surprise me to see if anything would happen. Sure enough she sent me a topless photo with no face. I then wanted to see if it was a fake account of real so I asked her for proof. Her response was "please, I have 30 other guys asking for nudes...I don't have time for this"

So my question is...is this a real account. Was that the real woman or just someone being weird. I'm asking because I feel awful now and don't want to think I cheated on my wife when I really didn't expect to receive anything.
