Unlike everybody that say they are athletic and tone, I am. Do my best to eat healthy and take care of my self the best I can. Cooking for a woman is very enjoyable to me and is a great way to have a conversation about today. Besides working out (weights, swim, bike, hike, golf, tennis, bowling, shooting, fishing, camping) I enjoy weekend trips to Sedona, California beaches, AZ mountains, festivals, wine tasting, and concerts.
