millitary scam possibly

hey and good afternoon to everyone, this is my first time posting here as i've never had cause to before.
my friend has been using yahoo messenger recently and got to talking to an 'amedd' officer based in camp bastion apparently..i will include her opening speech in a bit... However i instantly became cautious even though she hasn't asked for money but for a '41' yr old woman she seems remarkably young.. and fresh.. and very loving after just 4 short weeks.. being an ex nurse and having lots of military friends both US & UK she wasn't recognized by those i spoke to still in active duty and certain terms i had used when questioning my friend to ask her to ascertain whether she was fake or not drew a blank she neither confirmed nor denied my suspicions. her grammar is also poor and this also raises my concerns. her opening speech is below i also have photo's that i assume have been pinched from elsewhere.

Not the normal foundation for a scam, as an E6 would not need any funds to drop at my local Intl Tarmac, and have no need of docs.

Since clearly employed (military) in story, where would the need for request of funds arise ? Don't see the hook here.

They're typically already aware that their photos were stolen and they would prefer not to be harassed by dozens of strangers on the internet. Please post some of the emails with your personal information removed and any email addresses or phone numbers they may be using now.
