Is He a Scammer?

4 star General Harry Miller contacted me on skype. He says he is with the UN on apeacekeeping mission that ends the end of Feb. He says his wife died 2 yrs. ago and he has a son named Charles Hekens. Charles wrote to me with email address is [email protected]. General miller's email address is [email protected]. The thing is, he wants to send me money. I got a letter from a Adam Frank of City Bank, 1828 West Tennessee Street, Tallahassee, Fl. 32304. He asked for my acct. no., bank name, bank address, and phone number. I called Adam Frank at the bank but they said no-one works there by that name. I have seen him on video chat just once but he said they asked him about it but he couldn't because of security. I asked him for proof he was who he says he is but he said security wouldn't let him video. I don't know, Is he a scammer? He looks like a soldier and I looked up his name etc. on everywhere and couldn't find anything on him.

I am sorry to say this but you are in contact with a scammer. No General has time to chat on Skype. The deceased wife and an young child are common themes in these fake soldier scripts. He does not want to be on video chat because it would ruin his scam and show that he is not a soldier but in fact is a young African male looking for a way to steal your money.
The best thing to do now is to stop all communications with this person and do not tell him that you know it is a scam. He will just deny this and make up some more lies in an attempt to convict that he is real.

Please post all email addresses and telephone number he use in this scam along with a sample of his emails.
