This is a scammer who pretends to be a woman from the USA, currently working in London, looking for a relationship through various dating sites. With the emails, the scammer sends lots of photographs of a woman, most of which are scantily-clothed, and not reproduced here.
After spending a time pretending to fall in love, the scammer declares an urgent need for money, and requests financial help.
The scammer is telling lies throughout, and is not really an American in London, but is a resident of Nigeria - and sending these emails to many men, hoping to trick all of them into sending money.
Sometimes, instead of asking for money for flight tickets, the scammer sends this email instead:
If the money is not forthcoming, the scammer may send this email, and attach some topless photographs of a woman - pretending that they are personal photos - in the hope that these photographs will serve as a motivation for sending the money.
