Hi
I received a request from a male claiming to be a Sargent with the US Army via the Oasis website Australia. His username is Benjamin Kinzie and I have added him to Skype. I had done some research yesterday as I was highly suspicious and I found a German dating website had marked him as a scammer. I questioned him and he denied everything but won't provide me a military email address to confirm he is legit. Are you able to confirm he is a scammer? Thanks.. Sounds to me like he is!

Welcome to Scamwarners,

If you found the scammer on another anti scam site then he is a scammer.

Scammers/thieves will lie and not answer your questions.

Military members while deployed do not have the time to be on dating sites looking for love. The little time they do have will be spent with family and friends back home.

If he gives you a real military email address he will need to write from it and you will have to check the headers to make sure he is not faking it.

Please post his email address/Skype ID and a couple initial messages he sent you.

Please contacta moferatorstor if you have a question or information about this post.

Please do not tell the scammer he is posted here.

As a victim of a scammer, I urge you to cease all contact with him. I made the mistake of still connecting with my scammer even though I was told not too. The more I had conversations with him, the more he tried to get money from me.

Welcome to Scamwarners,

He can not give you a Army email address because he does not have one.

Asking a scammer to cam with you is useless. Most advance scammers know how to fake a cam session.

The military provides free medical care to its members and family.

Stop all contact with the criminal and do not confront him. He will only continue to lie as all criminals do.

Your best defense against these scammers is knowledge.

If they can not meet you for coffee/tea or ask for money consider them a scammer.

This meeting should be in a public place.

Would you loan money to someone on a first date???? Nope.
