Money for a document to release benefit money

Hi, I was contacted by a Christopher Hayes. At first he was all about getting to know me. He said he was an allergy doctor but was in the military stationed at Fort AP Hill. I met him on FB. After about a week he declared his love for me. I don't trust men so I began to question him. He said he had a son and he lost his wife 2 ,yrs ago. A week after that he asked if I would help him raise money for a document to release benefit funds for him so he can come see me. I didn't believe him and he insisted he wad who he says he was. I just want to know if I was right about him. He said he was from Momence, IL he would text me from 815-507-2060. Please help me. I need to know if my gut feeling was right.I have pictures of him too but I don't know how to add
