Well, I've had someone already attempt to scam me from match.com. The name he used was Robert Daniels...along with pictures that I found out are of Joe from New Faces Modeling. I now have what I think are four romance scammers trying to talk with me on Match. The first one is a military scammer I think.
Ist Staff Sgt William Daniels -- supposedly in Iraq. Hasn't asked me for anything yet...but I found his name reported as a scammer on another site. He says he's from Miami. He's supposedly 50 years old. Has a 12 year old son named Kelvin and is divorced. Is to come back to the states in 2 months. As soon as he started chatting with me...he removed his profile from Match before I could save it. Wants to be exclusive fast.

Removed(6:45 PM): Well - - I've been work- driven for too long...and I decided to try Match to see if there was anything out there. I think because I'm an intelligent, independent woman, it is a "turn- off" to the men in this area.

I also read as much as I can - - usually reserved for vacations - - can read 6 books in a week then. I love to watch movies and enjoy some TV. I love to dance - - but haven't had a dance partner for years.

Removed (7:19 PM): I don't believe distance has anything to do with it. As I said before, it's unusual for a younger man to be interested in an older woman....but there are lots of people out there who have made that kind of relationship work.

I believe it's too soon to commit to an exclusive relationship for either one of us.. because we are just finding out what the other one is about. It sort of scares me because the only other person I've ever corresponded with since joining Match turned out to be a romance scammer and the first thing he did was want me to withdraw from Match and become exclusive after only getting to know one another - - just 24 hours later.

I started researching about romance scammers and found him all over the internet on scammer sites. So, it has led me to be a bit cautious.
