Has anyone heard of Gibbs Sullivan?

I met a man by the name of Gibbs Sullivan on Google+. He states he is a widower of 6 years and has a 10 year old daughter named Jessica who he claims he rarely sees. He says due to the very private nature of his business - a public Health Officer (Doctor) in the US Naval corps, he is a very private person, and can't talk about "things". He will not answer direct questions, and he is very vague and used big and very eloquent words, that sound canned. I notice he also has a profile on facebook, but can't seem to do an image search or a link search/reverse image search on Tin eye or Google images. I will have to get some help. I tried pasting one of his elaborate e-mails, but it didn't find anything. From his e-mail address I suspect he is about 48 or 49, but he is extremely handsome and looks about 32. Any help would be appreciated.

He is almost certainly a scammer, but we need more details to be sure.

Please post the email address that he is using and also a sample of some of the emails and messages that he has sent you as the language he uses may well give him away.
