Hi. I'm new to this, and would like some feedback on what to do next.
I have been in contact with someone identifying himself as Steve Roberts. He approached me through the Zoosk dating site. Through the past week, we have had several interactions, and they vary considerably in grammar skill. Some read well, and other emails have very poor grammar (almost too difficult to understand at times). I found the poor grammar odd, given that he identifies himself as an E9 Sargeant Master (who writes reports on soldier's statuses) in the Army, and who has a secondary role as chaplain for his unit.
I believe he is probably setting me up for a scam, but I have not given any personal info other than my church's website, and he has not requested any money or favors (yet). We've only been in contact for about a week. Can you advise on the likelihood of this being a scam and what I should do next? I have not told him I suspect this.

Who thinks that family and mutual understanding between close people is one of the significant part of happiness in the life.
When it comes to love I don't really think color, size or age matters as long as the love is there and its for real. What should matter is the love we've both got to share with each other. I am very faithful and honest. Always reliable and always with a friendly and lovely advice to share. I am very easy to get along with and can go out of my way if need be to put a smile on my partner's face all the time. I will go to any length to please her as well. I believe that God leads and directs our path
One thing I understand about something good is that no good thing will come easy. If we are really and truly meant for each other, there must be challenges we have to face on our way to achieving our aim and we will surely overcome those challenges. One of them now is the distance, I just hope we can have the phone connection or work out my leave so we can meet in person.
