I'm posting this to share my experience and hopefully it will help someone not to get cheated. Recently, a guy by the name of Zane contacted me on OKCupid. His username is Stronglovever. He claims that he is looking for a soulmate and asked if I dated anyone from the military before. He then proceeded to ask for my contact on whatapps or hangouts gmail to have more personal conversation which I did give him my mobile number. Instead of Zane contacting me, another guy by the name of Ryan Jason came up on wechat, LINE & whatapps. When I questioned him abt it, he says that he was using his friend's account on OKC to contact me. He currently is in Afghanistan on an undercover mission. He asked for my picture and also said that he wants to online date me. He is 40 years, single and has never dated anyone before and I would be the first. Over the next few days, he says he is falling for me and ultimately he said his commanding officer will be coming in the next few days and he will ask for permission to leave and come and meet me. What puzzled me is 1. How could u fall for me when u don't even know me. 2. Very bad command of English and sometimes don't seem to answer my questions correctly. 3. No other social sites that has information abt Ryan Jason. The more I think abt, the more I questioned. So I decided to google and found this site and there are some similarities in the stories posted. What sealed the deal is that I googled his contact number +234 8148272114 and the the country code is Nigeria. So I immediately block all contact with him.
