According to the last mail i sent you, i told you that i will contact Brian to confirm your claims with him.
I want to let you know in this mail that i have spoken with him and he confirmed everything you told me.

Brian is not allowed to leave the camp until the signed months be completed on duty, but due to the fact you have something special with him, i will try my best to make it possible for him to take a leave, but you will have to pay so as to enable me process his emergency leave, remember i have people above me that has the final say, but if i solicit on his behave as his superior it will be granted him provided that the necessary steps and procedures are taken.

Before he can be granted emergency leave from duty at the moment, it takes a process that involves financing.

He is not due for any leave yet, because of this you will have to make finance payment of 1200$ so that we can start processing the emergency leave documents.
