Hi,
I'm from Europe, met first a guy on Tinder whos name is David HANKINS, whihc told was going to Nigeria on mission and asked for money for his sick son...... and of course I did not sent anything and the guy vanished (I have reported him on tinder, on facebook as well.....) I met another one few months ago, and said that he would ask for a leave, for his retirement, for a relocation, he knows about the con fish artists....... he sent me a copy of the US ARMY - ARMY STRONG approval answer/confirmation for his leave.
He said as well his money is blocked and he should pay for different clearance fees because they paid his allowances and bonuses directly on his account.......so he needs to get money for plane tickets and various fees..... How can I verify whether he is fake or not first of all, and than why would he need money since US Army should provide them with a special fee flight and free no?
Thank you
Misus

The fact that he is asking you for money is all the proof that you need that he is a scammer.

Anyone that you meet online who asks you for money or refers you to someone else that says you need to pay money for something (such as leave for soldiers) is a scammer.

Please post his email details and samples of the emails that he sent you and then block him and don't respond to him any further. Do not accuse him of being a scammer, he will just deny it and carry on trying to scam you.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
