Firstly, sorry for my english i'm not american.
May 3 I met on the website http://www.interpals.net a man who introduced himself as John Cortes (johncortes1995). He said that he is a soldier on a special mission in Syria. At the beginning I believed him. He seemed normal and very nice. He told me to open an account on Facebook but I didn't want. He said that he's divorced since seven years and that his parents were dead. Very fast he told me that fall in love with me. Always he use the same words "am", "baby" "sweety" "baby i really missed you today" "my dear". My English is not good but all the time it seemed to me that he doesn't speak well in English too. I liked him, I gave even him my phone number.
One day he asked me to write an application for the leave. I didn't know what to do, it was strange for me. I wasn't his girlfriend, fiancée or anyone in the family.
-"honey please i want you to help me and apply for leave"
-"you will just write to the military,applying for an emergency leave on my behalf"
-"honey i will tell you how to do it ok"
I was afraid but I did it. He gave me this address: [email protected]
He wrote such application:
"Dear sir,
With hope this meets your office in a good condition.
I am....., country .....i am writing to your good office to file an emergency leave on behalf of my fiiance ( sgt john cortes )as we are about to solve our marriage legally therefore he needs to come home as soon as possible. your's faithfully"
I asked all the time "I will not have any problems?" He convinced me that everything will be ok.
