Is this email a scam?

Met on Facebook and he sent pictures. Reading all the forums it sure sounds like a scam. HELP!

You posted an email address only. If he randomly contacted you on Facebook be cautious.

Post the name and rank he is using.

Also post the emails he sent you and the messages. Remove your personal information prior to submitting.

Post any and all email addresses and phone numbers.

We will take a look at it.

If he ask for money for any reason including leave/vacation, food, medical, phone/internet, flight tickets etc he is a scammer.

If he ask you to receive money or packages he is a scammer.

I was contacted random on Facebook by Captain Franco Miller Porter. The email he sent me has 24 photos attached to the email. All communications was done through Messenger on Facebook.
