Warning about this lad

MY PARENTS ARE DEAD. CAN YOU HELP ME?
I WILL BE HAPPY TO HEAR FROM YOU TO KEEP MY LIFE GOING. AM INTERESTED TO DO ANY THING YOU WANT ME TO DO TO HELP ME OU IN MY SITUATION.

I replied to him the following;

Dear Chiji,
Thank you for your email. I'm sorry to hear about your parents dying, that is awful. I'm glad you are continuing your education, what are you studying?

He replied, not missing a beat;

Dear *****,
I am Studying Food Science and Technology. But i was not allowed to follow my mates to take the 200 level semester examination because i was not able to pay my 200 level semester fees.
Please any thing you can do so that i will be able to repeat my 200 level and pay up the fees, please help me.

I haven't yet replied but was asked by one of the guys in Eaters to post him here as is IP address was interesting:

So I think it's safe to say this guy is a scammer! Please be careful. Take note of his email address. In the meantime I'll bait him and get on his nerves!

Nice ooh his email has already many Google hits on antiscam sites. Seems these^^emails are well-known and massmailed on a regular basis.
