Information on romance scams and scammers.

My I am being targeted a lot these days!
After my experience on Tinder, I am checking everything I can when I start talking to online matches.
Now on OKCupid, I am getting messages from a man claiming to be Dr. Stephen Cantrell, medical surgeon for the UN, located in the war in Damascus, retiring and looking for a wife.
Widowed with a daughter.

When I searched for his picture on google image, it came up as Mark Kelvin on Linked in.
He says he is in Damascus, but I am waiting for him to send me an email with more pictures so I can trace the IP address and see where he is really located.
I will edit my post if I get an email from him. Then I will let him down.
Instead of finding romance, I find myself being Ms. Scam detective. Who moderates these sites REALLY?
