I recieved a personal message from someone whom says he in in the military and asked me to fill out a form to be able to speak on the phone because he is in Kabul can you tell me if this is a scam and how do I tell if the picture is real the name sounds fake..

This is a total and complete scam! This is an attempt to steal from you by someone most likely located in Western Africa.

Please post the actual email after removing your personal information. Stop all contact with this thief and do not tell him anything. Just go silent.

Be sure to remove your personal information before posting.

It is ALWAYS a scam
If the pet seller or shipper asks for money to be sent via Western Union, Money Gram, any brand of gift card. Walmart To Walmart , Zelle , PayPal friends and family option, or mentions Cameroon
