Is this a scam.. Sst. Collins

Hi my name is Teresa a and I meet sst. Collins on a dating site back in march 2016 he was deployed in Ukraine and I had sent him money to get out of camp he claims that he was in the army 17 years and had a 10 year old son name Michael we have been communicating via text and phone calls he has been all over from country to country and now he said that he is in Washington he is supposed to be on his way to California to come see me he said that he was told to stop in Washington to get some paperwork done to release his bank money and that the form needed to have a stamp that was gonna cost $350.00 so I would like to see if he is a scram before I send him anymore money.thank you Teresa a

It is a scam. Military wouldn't pay for a stamp fee for their own paperwork - ridiculous.

Please post some of his emails with your personal information removed, make sure to include his email addresses/phone numbers. I'm also moving your post to it's own topic.
