No, they aren't. Whoever you are in contact with is a scammer.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

ALL email addresses of the US military end in .mil . If someone claiming to be in the US military cannot give you a .mil address, or he tells you to contact a military office that does not end in .mil, he's a scammer.
