He is an independent contractor for oil and energy and you will find him on Xing AG and in us.viadeo.com.
The absolutly worst case is, that I really stay in Love with him...... Now he is in Abu Dhabi and I send him three times money (Western union)...I know, I am stupid.
It is all this, what you can read on any Plattform . A Widower, a 6 year old daughter, very attraktive. We communicate on viber and telefon, since 5 month. Many family pictures, pictures also from Abu Dhabi. No Skype. We wanted to meet each other now, in October, but......... the arabs have not yet pid him for the contract.....

He is living in Chicago, that means, the telephon Nr is correct.......(??????, you wrote IL)

No, He is pretending to be in Illinois.

The phone is Voip. Its an internet phone. The scammer receive/make calls and text from anywhere in the World.

Please, forgive me, what makes you so sure that he is a Scammer? Just because the phone number or e- mail address? He told me that he lives in chicago and work for few weeks on contract in AD. Communication is every day via Viber.

He is a scammer and you know this. You fell in love with stolen pictures and stolen poems.

You will never get your money back. You will never meet him in person.

You will learn it is a scam when you stop sending money or go broke.

Everything in your first post makes him a scammer.

one child
dead spouse that probably died in a car accident, giving birth or cancer.
Arabs have not paid him, So now only his internet girlfriend is the only one he can ask for money. Where are his friends, family and co-workers?
Why does he not go to the US Embassy for assistance.
