This scammer has a well-established ploy that he has used before. The "gift" will be sent by a fake courier company; the recipient will be asked to pay an ongoing series of fees before the non-existent gift will supposedly be released. He will also ask for help in investing money; he tells victims they need to open a bank account to receive money from "her." But the bank is a fake website, and the money to create an account is sent by Western Union, and lost forever.
