Second scammer

My friend was taken by a scammer and despite every trick she believed him real and thinks he died in the Philippines because she didn't send money.
She attracted another guy. This one is another American working abroad at a job that doesn't allow him to take pictures or phone. It's a text affair. He is planning to visit her from Spain and she has no problem with him showing up to stay with her for a week. He will appear at her door next week.
Nothing I can do - but what are the chances of some dangerous guy showing up at her door?
That's what I worry about.
Any ideas?

He has no intention of visiting her - he will come up with a problem that stops him from traveling and requires her money to solve it.
