Welcome to Scamwarners,

Stop all contact with scammer.

You can help someone else.

Post his fake name, rank and email address/phone numbers. Also post the complete email address of the fake leave office. This will help other women avoid his scam.

It will also be helpful if you post a couple of his initial emails to you and the fake leave office email. Remove your personal information from them prior to submitting.

Please contacta moferatorstor if you have a question or information about this post.

Please do not tell the scammer he is posted here.

Hello and welcome to Scamwarners.
I am sorry to hear that you are a victim of this scam and happy that you got suspicious and found us.

The first thing is to stop ALL communications by blocking and or ignoring all emails and telephone calls from this criminal without telling him anything. Just let him wonder what went wrong.

Next post as much information as you can about the scam. Email address, telephone or messaging number and a sample of his emails. Be sure to remove your personal information before posting.
If he asked you for money post the email with the payment instructions.

It is ALWAYS a scam

Hi,
I just joined this site and don't quite understand how to post. I joined because I am contacted probably 3X a day in Twitter by fake military profiles. Why do they do this? I mean-I have had over 40 contacts/private messgaes in 2 months? I was in the Army so it takes 30 seconds to realize they're fake.
They are ALL "stationed in (either) Aghanistan or Iraq on a peacekeeping mission.
Do you want some of these names and/or photos?
Why do they do this?

Hello mcolleen555 and welcome to scamwarners,
Their goal is to steal money from you and they come up with many false reasons why a soldier needs money. They are hoping the targeted victim does not know how the military system really works.
Some examples are listed in the following sticky

You can post the emails, messages with names and contact information in the romance scam section.
