I have reported the case to local police now they are helping me track this scammer. Hope can catch him!

Please post some of the emails with your personal information removed. We need proof of the scam otherwise this post may be removed.

Email address [email protected] links to a fake Facebook profile for Smith Ken.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

Can you please copy and paste the emails.

The internet search engines can not pick up the writing of a screenshot.

We want other potential victims to be able to search for phrases and find your warning.

Lose the apartment because that was is on the agreement and a French couple is also
Interested on the apartment too.
So ensure The In Principle Approval and a photocopy of his passport is available too.
