I was contacted by a man on Pof he said he was an engineer from Italy originally, had lost his wife and child for years ago in a car accident. He asked me for my email address, and wrote several extremely long emails ( here was his email address [email protected] ) to me getting to know me. He seemed extremely genuine and like a really nice guy. He said he was working on a project overseas, he was a global engineer, and when the project was done he was looking to settle down. Our emails and conversations went on for weeks and then months. We discussed everything. He was extremely charming, he would call me on Viber and we would talk on the phone. He would send cute little YouTube music videos at the end of his emails, texting me every morning and every evening and sometimes throughout the day. He said that his mother was still back in Italy and that he lost his father and his brother when he was young as well. He even went to the extent of asking me if he can give my email address to his mother. I received what I thought were several short emails from his mother in Italy. He said his mother's name was Mary Floriana and this was her email address [email protected]. After a month of courting me he said he couldn't finish his project because he couldn't pay the fees for a part he needed that was at the port arriving from China. He said he was able to get $5,000 from his mother but still needed another $5,000. I began to see red flags were appearing. I told him I couldn't send money but offered to come see him. He just made excuses why I could not visit him stating his project was a secured location for his project. I also asked him to take a pic of his passport and send it to me, but he also had excuses why he couldn't do that as well. Most of our communications were on Viber but he did text me from this phone number (571) 210-3915 . He also sent me a bunch of pictures as well. Thank god I found this site and busted him for being a fraud. It's amazing how much time and effort he spent courting me, writing emails and talking to me on the phone he put into making me believe we had something. I'm a well educated woman and even I was almost tricked by this disgusting disgrace of a man. Ladies please be ware!
