Scammer who claims to be an US army named Senior Sergeant Jack James Bell.
He said he wants to see me but he said i need to send him money for his plane ticket then for in insurance and now for his BTA because according to him he doesn't have any access to his accounts.
Email from the fake officer which in reality is the same scammer playing another role.
