Liar and romance scammer.

Claims to be an engineer but currently working abroad. Wants you to either open a bank account, or lend him some money for something called a Basic Travel Allowance (BTA). The BTA is something completely made up by scammers, there is no country in the world that has a law, or requirement, in that form. It is a sure sign of a scam, nobody that is real would ever mention this. The emails of this scammer are traced back to Nigeria. Avoid!

if you dont have you can try to open a current account with the ban because thats what l was told will be used
and they told me that they will give us all necessary documents so that we wont have any problems with the IRS there or the government

ARTICLE 1
The aim of the present instruction is to established regulation on the provision of LAW no 1007 BASED ON TRAVELLING BE AIR POLICY



ARTICLE 2
1) The Objectives are to promote and facilitate the application of law and also to protect the image of the country in respect of all travellers leaving Indonesia.

2) To make sure all travellers leaving here is capable of taking care of his or herself while in another country.

Categories affected




ARTICLE 1 :- AIM
The establishment of this Law is to introduce Basic Travelling Allowance.This is the fund required or expected from individuals leaving Indonesia to hold along.
Basic Travelling Allownce is not a payment.it will only be showed at the airport.No traveler should give this fund to anybody as a payment at the airport.

ARTICLE 2 :- OBJECTIVES
information has reached our desk that most people travelling to other countries render themselves useless on the street.Most are not capable of travelling at all.They leave here to engage in robbery in another country so as to spoil the image of this country and given the country bad names.


All travellers holding Basic Travelling Allowance are expected to take good care of themselves in case they got missing and will be capable to do any thing instead of begging or engaging in dirty things.

ARTICLE 3:-

Basic Travelling Allowance Varies with the type of Visa the traveller is travelling with:-

STUDENT VISA :- 2000 Pounds sterling

TOURIST VISA :- 1000 Pounds sterling

BUSINESS VISA :- 3000 Pounds sterling

VISITING VISA :- 1000 Pounds sterling

Anybody using a student VISA must also hold along a letterhead paper from the school and the payment Receipt issued from the school.
