Each of us has their own fears, you know, somebody is afraid of height or, for example darkness; another person is afraid of performing in front of the audience and many other things. One can not give the whole list of people’s fears. And I am not an exception - I’m really frightened of being alone. There’s a good phrase said by one of Russian film directors (Tarkovsky if you have ever heard about him): “A person needs a person» that means no one can ever do without another person whom they can trust and whom they can love and take care of. No matter what a person says, how independent he or she is - everybody needs someone. This is the reason why I have taken a risk and written a letter to the absolutely unfamiliar man from another country. I hope that I will find a friend, my soulmate with whom I will stop feeling lonely.
Maybe you find it banal, but it’s really hard for me to write this letter. I thought it was much easier to express yourself in letters than in person. I don’t know your reaction and can’t predict it anyhow because perhaps you won’t get much interest in me to answer my letter. Or probably you won’t like my photos, that I have attached in this letter. There’s also a probability that you won’t read it at all and delete it! Who knows?
It doesn’t matter what I think. I will find out the truth very soon. I will learn it exactly at the moment when I open my e-mail and see your response. The truth of the fact whether you want to explore me and begin talking to me or not.
I hope so much that I haven’t made a mistake in my choice.
Sorry, I have written so much but haven’t given you even a piece of basic information about me. I’m 35 and I’m from Russia. I was born there. But I have been living in Abkhasia more than 10 years.
I think that I look like a real chatter-box so it’s better to finish this letter to not make you fall asleep while reading itJ
