Supposed military member. Injured in combat (supposedly), bullet to chest, in private hospital in Nigeria (supposedly) and needing money to have Surgery. Says Army Welfare Department will wire funds into my checking acct to cover the costs then I moneygram to local “agent.” The Army would truly take care of the surgery correct regardless of private hospital right? Even if supposed secret mission. I know that’s a line. Also unsure how he’s gone 10 days with a bullet in his chest. Thank you

It's a scam.

What is the name of this fake soldier and what email address is the scammer using?

Thank you can you advise how many aspects of this are a scam please? I wouldn’t give my acct information, but the Army would certainly ensure immediate medical attention is given even in a remote area/private medical center?? Thank you

The whole thing is a scam. You are Not dealing with a member of the military, but a lazy Nigerian who spends his whole day trying to steal from people.

Is there any reason why you are protecting him and not helping his other victims by posting his details?
