Information on romance scams and scammers.

Hi there,
I accepted a FB friend request from a Graham Steve. He claims he's in the US army, is from TX, but is stationed in Africa. After a few messages he says he's in love with me. Yeah right.
He also says that his name is actually Steve but his friend Hans set up his FB. I'm sure a true US army soldier would be capable of setting up a FB account on his own!
He was overly interested in my financial situation, claiming that he has had many women after his money.
Please advise.
Thank you
Jo

It is a scam and the best thing to do is to stop all communications with him. Block all messages and do not respond in any manner. If you received any emails from this scammer please post the email address along with the contents. Be sure to remove your personal information before posting.
