So I sent him Read/Notify and got: Location Lagos, Nigeria
I have already posted him on romancescam.com
He starts out that he's in Connecticut working on a proposal for a contract in the UK. He then flies to the UK and the job didn't work out. He then learns of a job he can get in Africa. He claims to have never been to Africa. Now he's over there and is requesting $1,800 to pay for a permit he needs to get the job, and money on the contract.
