Upon my arrival yesterday night I checked in successfully and retired
safely to my hotel room. This morning I woke up to do the necessary
clearance needed to board the next flight to IRAN
succeeded but was asked to get any clearance that will cover the non
inspection of the consignment.

Since morning I have been toiling up and down here in Lome Togo trying
to get the said clearance and the Ministry of Finance has declared
