Information on romance scams and scammers.

I was contacted via the messaging section of Words with Friends by a man claiming to be a communications Sargent with the US Army.

We enjoyed bantering about the game. Then he told me he was being deployed on a peace keeping mission to Libya.

I gave him my email address and he quickly got in contact with me and requested I get Google Hangout so we could communicate there.

He was secretly contacting me when he was doing his shifts in a control room and this was against the rules. I really liked this guy. He drew me in quickly. But, he said he could not provide me a mailing address because he was at a secret camp, he could not email me from his army email address because that was for official business only and there was no phone there.

At this point, I should have been googling stuff, but I didn't. Finally, he told me that his commander told him there was a pay phone reserved for top officers only, but since he was such a great soldier, his commander would allow him to use this pay phone.

I only had to send an email requesting a phone card for him. This was my first warning that something was not right. Not true,

I had ignored the other warnings! :( I requested the phone card and received an email back asking me to send money Western Union. A three month calling card was nearly $6000.

This is when I started googling military love scams. After reading many articles, I was convinced that my soldier was fake. I really wanted him to be real. He was amazing. I started digging and found the real soldier who my scammer stole pictures from on Facebook and alerted him.

My scammer even used the real soldier's truck and niece (my scammer's daughter of course!) It is important to note that I did a reverse Google image search with each pic my scammer sent me and got no results. I did a reverse image search with other websites and still no results.

Anyhow, I am now scamming my scammer and wasting his time. I am amazed that he keeps emailing, no matter what I throw at him. I figure the more I tie him up, the less time he has to con other women. And boy, do I tie him up. I am very needy! I can provide more information, if needed.

He uses the fake infor:
