Kenneth Philip Wilson/Johnson Taylor - Military Surgeon?

Trying to identify the real person behind these photos. Would like to warn him his pictures are being used in a scam. Can you help? He uses the name Kenneth Philip Wilson and is claiming to be a surgeon for the military who has been kidnapped in Turkey.

What do you hope to achieve by telling the owner of the photos that they're being used by scammers? There's nothing he can do about it and possibly already knows.
