Information on romance scams and scammers.

Hi guys, first post,
I need to know if this person is really real, and if 'her' story is even true...Her name is Aisha Kassim 27-28 years old, she claims to be half French-Canadian and half Ghanian. She now resides in Ghana, Africa in the town of Sunyani (sp). She used to be a medical trainee at the Hospital in that town...I have that info, but not on hand right now.
The interesting story about this, is that I FOUND HER on Skype...and then we started talking/chatting, and sorta falling in love. This was about 5 months ago, and my instincts kicked it, thinking it was a scam...I just recently contacted her again (after blocking her), and we have been heavily texting for the last 3 weeks. She wants to marry me. So I am here for this story to follow...She claimed that her 'network is bad' and that the rainy storms cause problems, which seems valid. But she has no audio, and she cannot see me thru Skype video, nor audio. She claims that she has an old PC tower computer...So she asked me for money to help her get a new computer (so that we could see/hear each other). She has not bought a new computer yet, after I sent her $100 through Redrimit.com That is the only money i have sent, and probably forever.
And her story grows each day...Her father passed away recently, and she is living with her verbally abusive step-mum who is trying to take all of her fathers' inheritance.
Aisha claims that her father is Black, was a sea captain, owned 2 big houses in Canada, and the estate there in Ghana...Our goal was to have her move here with me, in the US.
So now she is seeing her diseased father's lawyer to save her inheritance, and she wants me to have her transfer $60,000 into my local bank account (for the time being for moving, etc). And this topic didn't pop up until 3 days ago. I am playing dumb at this point on skype text, and have not let 'her' in on what might really be going on. SO THIS SEEMS LIKE "SHE" WANTS ME TO BE A MONEY MULE....Please correct me if I am wrong!
A red flag came up yesterday, when I was searching for scamming on the internet yesterday, when someone mentioned that the scammer tries to video chat, but with no audio, and only lasts about 15 seconds...perhaps enough time to video my face, and possibly make my virtual video a scam for some poor woman in the future. And when she calls my phone, the conversations only last about 10 minutes max. And only about 4 conversations on the phone, period. I have international calling, and I have NEVER been successful reaching her on the phone...but she can see that I called.
Can you guys/gals make heads or tails of this??? Thanks for any response!

It's a standard Advance Fee Fraud scam. She's not interested in you romantically, just in your money and "she" is most likely a young male.

The $60000 probably doesn't exist, you will be charged fees to try to transfer it. Although it is possible that she wants to use you as a mule to launder the proceeds of another scam.

The best thing to do is to totally block her and stop responding.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
