The Military Authority has granted full certification for the travel of Sergeant Steven Fontes. All preparations have been made on his behalf and he would be leaving this camp by next week Friday morning. The Military Authority on its jurisdiction wishes to inform you that strict orders are placed on our soldiers that are leaving the camp with Military flight ticket purpose. On this regard we would place a minimum amount that would be paid directly to the Military Basic Travel Allowance Agency to prove that Sgt Steven Fontes would not exceed the date in his visa when he arrives home.advise you to open the attachment above ..

All preparations have been made on his behalf and he would be leaving this camp by next week Friday morning. The Military Authority on its jurisdiction wishes to inform you that strict orders are placed on our soldiers that are leaving the camp with military flight ticket purpose. On this regard we would place a minimum amount that would be paid directly to the Military Basic Travel Allowance Agency to prove that Sgt Steven Fontes would not exceed the date in his visa when he arrives home.

It has been reported that U.S military personnel’s deployed/stationed on special mission in oversea nations uses the military flight ticket as a medium to leave and never return to the camp for their specified duty. Some soldiers also retire as soon as they leave their base through this means thereby leaving the United States Military with an emergency military intervention scheme because of the non-official leave granted to them especially because of their fiancée in most cases.

The applicant to his Military flight ticket has to make an immediate refundable payment of $500 to the Military Authority as collateral to Sergeant Steven Fontes visa expiry date. On approval of this sum Sergeant Steven Fontes would be able to board his flight and leave the LIBYA base military camp off to Tagbilaran City, Philippines. You are required to comply and assist the US military authority for the military sake. Your swift response to this matter would really be appreciated and would help in the facilitation of his traveling to Tagbilaran City, Philippines from LIBYA
by next week Friday morning. He would report in the France military base in Paris before he proceeds to your city.
