Pretends being an US Army soldier based in Kabul Afghanistan. Captain of US Army in Afghanistan, 10 years in the army for peace. IP-address 40.92.71.58 (leads to Amsterdam, The Netherlands)
He send 4 different pictures...as pictures are named "mic.jpg" could be he uses a real soldiers name. and sent a picture with a person in US army cloths, but in the dark. The guy looks like the other ones, but if you compare pictures you find they are not the same.
I do not post the pictures as I think these persons are innocent people which there photos have been used.
Then I came across "scamwarners.com" and noticed a lot of similar stories.
No scam happened, however I am still communicating with him.
Does someone know if I can report him even before the actual scam happened? Still emailing with him (or whoever it is)
but he gets suspicious and thinks I am being paid to talk to him... Would like justice system US or Dutch is maybe interested to follow this lead.
Otherwise I want to warn others to prevent these scammers to make money on others expenses:

I am originally dutch but I moved to the U.S when I was 5years old and I am in the army that is why I am here in Afghanistan to keep peace, well long story, I studied business administration and I used to work in a office but It was boring, it wasn’t for me at all so I joined the army, I am glad I did because I have achieved a lot in the army, I don’t know how long I wil stay here for, but we can get called back anytime and also I have served my minimum term in the army and I can leave anytime I want .
[b]Well I was on vacation last month and I was in the Netherlands, I have one vacation every month and my next vacation is end of next year now, but if we want to meet we can meet anytime, all I have to do is take a vacation and come there to meet you if you get what I mean
No I have never been married at all, but I engaged my ex, we broke up 3years ago because I found out that she was sleeping with my best friend and my other friends knew about it but they didn’t tell me anything so I told all of them that I don’t want to speak to them anymore and since then i have been finding it hard to trust people
I don’t know how long, but I believe we could get called back anytime but I have served my minimum term in the army so I can leave any time I want, yes my house is still in the US but I want to move to the Netherlands to settle down there.
First of all, all the question you asked me is really weird and to be honest with you I really don’t appreciate it at all, because if you have all this in mind before why didn’t you tell me what is on your mind from the start, I don’t know if you understand where I am coming from?
Anyway I don’t have Skype or anything like that its all blocked due to security reasons and I am sure you know that I can not share a lot of information on here due to security reasons, its not about you but thats the rules just for security reasons, because of what is going on in the world right now,
And about the pictures, we used to have a camera to take pictures with then but because it has been causing distraction and all that the cameras has been banned because someone has nearly lost his life because of it, because I am a captain and on the front line as well, I choose the time to get up, well I don’t but I know what to do the next day and what time to get up if you get what I mean

For one I can’t send you my ID even if I have a way to do so there is no way I can send it. It is a very private thing that I can’t even send over the internet and why do you expect me to send you my base address omg, if they find out I did so then I will loose all my benefit and including my job. Because it is very very risky. We don’t receive letters anymore for security reasons

To be honest. I have really had enough of you. For the past 2 days now all what I have been thinking about is you, asking me to send my whole life because of some trust issue.
I have told you everything I can. So if you still can’t trust me then I think that is your problem, I have been thinking about this issue, i don’t really know what you take me for. I feel embarrassed with all the question you have been asking me. This is not normal at all. It’s not a problem for me to send you more pictures of me. But this is getting to much.
So if you want to stop talking at this stage then it’s completely fine with me because this is getting to much for me. If you want to trust me then trust me without asking me to send my whole life to you. We’ve not even met yet and you are giving me a really bad impression about you already
