There are months of texting supposedly his cell phone. When you look the number up it's a landline. He likes to use NextPlus, Textplus all the numbers are LA, California numbers. He will spend months messaging you on Hangouts. Will send pictures.
When you set up a meet, he always has an excuse. He's out of town all of a sudden, he had to go to a seminar.
