Different name, same scam. yes he is back. Thanks to your site i have realised that I have been scammed. He contacted me through a dating site, quickly moved to Yahoo. Beautiful emails, so loving - then he asked for money. Alarm bells ringing i searched for clues and found all the answers here. all the emails he sent me are on this webpage.
My beautiful civil engineer who repairs oil rigs, is a widower with a son living in London with his aging granny, who is seeking his Eighth Wonder, his honey, Hi Sunshine, My Queen is in reality a black man sitting in front of a computer in Nigeria - and he doesn't work weekends lol. Enjoy the beautiful words (thanks to Lovingyou.com) but watch for the accident at work and the request for a donation because you are a good woman/ going to be his wifey/ christian. oh - he loves emoticons too and has an unconstructed accent ??
Thanks for getting me out in one piece. Hope this helps someone.

Hi Honelylol, I'm glad you are safe! :)

Do you have any additional information - phone, addresses used, chat name? If so, please post them here.

I hope you will soon get over this nasty experience.

Calls himself Emmanuel or Manny. Says they are not allowed phones and no access to webcam either - conveniently. His address is as above - fadingwaters etc
Supposed to be working on Pearl rig in Aberdeen, Scotland - that's how I found your site.
His mother is supposedly Mary David , a missionary in London. Lol - i knew the name as slang for the letters received when one was being scammed in the usual money transfer ""you know I'm good for millions - if you could advance me a few thousand"" here is a letter from the bank to prove what I say - signed by Mary David of course.

IM chat is punctuated by Buzzes as he goes offline to get his next script or check on details.
His stories dont add up but the most damming is that I have read the emails he sent me on this site.
He never calls you by your name - you are always Honey, Queen of my Heart, Boo, Sunshine.
He gives no details about his surroundings - the weather, current events, things you might expect to be mentioned in everyday chat
He works 5 days a week - he doesn't work weekends lol - what a job.
He succeeds because he says all the things a lonely woman wants to hear - he doesn't get sexy or smutty- just poems and romance. I'm quite sad he isn't real - too good to be true - the sure sign of a scam.

Yes, it is a romance scammer. They want you to want them to be real because they only want your money. You are correct, they seem to wander off to check script of back ground or they are chatting with another victim or other victims at the same time.

They do make you feel special as long as they think there is a chance of getting money out of you. You are best to just drop them. Block their email address and also block their Chat ID. Nothing good will come of staying in contact with them.

I am sorry that you got hooked by this scammer. you will heal with time AWAY from contact with this liar / scammer. Welcome here.

Hi he is now in south africa(hmmmmm very suss) he has asked me for a ticket home to uk as he does not have any access to his accounts where he is. His mum is now in america with her sister who is looking after her as she has cancer, his son is now in malaysia, studying engineering. I have a number he left for me but have not rang it (276) 235-7080 hope this is some help.....by the way he gets really annoyed when you do not give him your full attention....Oh and he has finished working in aberdeen and apparently I have hurt him badly by not conversing with him since he last asked me for money...albeit he only asked for a phone card that time.
