She hasn't asked for any money so far, but I'm trying to do my due diligence. Her name is :Gulfiya Soutanova and her e-mail is : [email protected] . We don't necessarily have a database of name and email addresses. Scammers often change email addresses and character names as they get thrown off of websites or people report their email addresses to the providers.

It would help us if you would post some of the emails you have received. Has "she" asked you for money yet?

You can check the headers and in many cases find where they are emailing you from.

You can check the pictures using www.tineye.com or Google Images.

I believe more that this IS a scammer than a real person. Let me guess, "she" wants to improve her life, though she loves her native country, there are just no opportunities where she lives.

Do not send money to anyone you "meet" on the internet.

Please give us more information.

I will send the original e-mail, if you will assist me with directions as to how to copy the e-mail to your post. Thank you.

Welcome Bummed2,
I'm so sorry you have been scammed, and it's great you posted the criminal's email address to help others. :=)
I sincerely hope you will soon recover from the financial and emotional damage you suffered.

Hi gwebb146256,
just highlight the text of the email, press "copy" and paste it in a new post.
We need the header of the email, too; this is a guide how to view it:

Welcome lovit, and thank you for posting.

You are right, the header shows that the IP has been messed with:
SMTP

Please delete your own email address when posting, scammers and spammers use programmes to automatically harvest these addresses, and you will end up receiving even more junk emails.

If you have any additional information on this scammer, please post it here.

I'm just glad that this information has been of some help, and I think that it is great to have forums such as yours to help out the ones of us that aren't as well informed as you all are about these dregs of society. Thanks again, and keep up the good work.

Thank you so much for your kind words!
(Note to self: Add "dregs of society" to your vocabulary.)
